Qualtrics provides a range of support options for paid subscribers. You can phone, chat, email or submit a ticket to receive support from the expert Qualtrics Support Team, who are available 24/7 to help you with your query. 

Here’s how you can access Qualtrics Support Team from the Qualtrics survey platform:

  1. Log in to Qualtrics via Bond University Library.
  2. Once you’re logged in, navigate to the “Help” option located at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on “Contact Support” from the dropdown menu.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the Qualtrics Support page.
  5. Here, you can choose to submit a ticket via email or set up a phone call from a Technical Support Specialist. 

Remember, if you can’t find the information you need, the Qualtrics support team is eager to help and available 24/7.
