Here’s how you can access Qualtrics Support Team from the Qualtrics survey platform:
- Log in to Qualtrics via Bond University Library.
- Once you’re logged in, navigate to the “Help” option located at the top right corner of the page.
- Click on “Contact Support” from the dropdown menu.
- You’ll be redirected to the Qualtrics Support page.
- Here, you can choose to submit a ticket via email or set up a phone call from a Technical Support Specialist.
Remember, if you can’t find the information you need, the Qualtrics support team is eager to help and available 24/7.

How can I add a collaborator to my survey?
Add collaborators to your Qualtrics survey by following these steps:
- Navigate to the Projects page in Qualtrics.
- Click on the ellipsis menu next to the specific survey you want to share.
- Click on the Collaborate option.
- Enter the Qualtrics username of the person you want to collaborate with.
- Set the permissions for the collaborator.
- Click Save to send the collaboration invitation.
If you cannot find the person's name, it is because they haven't used Qualtrics before. Please request that they log in via Bond University Library and then try again. If the collaborator is external, enter their email address instead.

How do I access a shared survey?
When a survey is shared with you, you will receive an email invitation. To access the survey, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Projects page in Qualtrics.
- Select the Shared with me folder.
If you cannot see the Shared with me folder, it is because you need to have at least 1 project already in your account to view this feature.

How do I export my survey as a Word document?
To export your survey as a Word document, follow these steps:
- Open your project.
- From the Tools menu, Select Import/Export.
- Choose Export survey to Word.
- Choose what you want to be included in your report.
- Click Export.

How do I save my survey as a PDF?
To save your survey as a PDF follow these steps:
- Open your project.
- Select the Survey tab.
- From the Tools menu, select Print survey.
- Select the Save as PDF option from your printer dialogue window.

How do I share my response data with a colleague?
To export the response data from a survey, follow these steps:
- Open your project.
- Select the Data & Analysis tab.
- Select the Data tab.
- Click the Export & Import drop-down menu.
- Select Export data.
- Select your desired file format.
- Click Download.
