Step by step instructions for creating and managing Bond University Resource Lists.

Add collaborators

You can work on your Resource List with academic colleagues and support staff. Please add tutors as collaborators so they can view the lists too.

HOW TO: Add collaborators


  • Click Collaborators in the right hand side of the page
  • Click Manage collaborators
  • Type the person's name in the Invite new collaborators box
  • Choose the person
  • Click Send invitation

You can choose the amount of control your list collaborators have:

  • Click Manage collaborators
  • Click the blue link next to the person's name and change their role. Available roles are:
    • Can manage list - this permission allows people to manage resources in the list and add or remove other collaborators
    • Can edit list - this permission allows people to manage resources in the list
