Difficulties downloading and opening pdfs

Downloading and opening pdfs of Standards requires two plugins, FileOpen and Adobe Acrobat Reader. If plugins are not installed on your computer, you will be unable to download and open the pdf.

You may need to restart your computer after downloading FileOpen or Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Error messages

Clicking on the download when complete will attempt to open the pdf in your browser, which will result in the error message displayed below. The pdf needs to be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

To open the pdf, right-click the file in your downloads folder or taskbar and select Open with > Adobe Acrobat Reader.
