There are extensive help resources available to learn how to use Qualtrics. These include online articles, video tutorials and self-paced courses. Basecamp is Qualtrics training platform and is available to all Bond University students and staff. Please see the instructions below on how to access this subscription resource. 

Qualtrics support has a range of excellent articles to help you with Getting Started on the Qualtrics platform. For more advanced users, Deep Dive articles detail the features within Qualtrics.

Basecamp

Qualtrics Basecamp is an on-demand learning site where you can take courses related to Qualtrics and Experience Management (XM). It provides access to a variety of resources, including:

• Videos: These are instructional videos that guide you through different aspects of Qualtrics and XM.
• Articles: These are written resources that provide detailed information and instructions.
• Hands-on Challenges: These are practical exercises that allow you to apply what you've learned.

These resources cover best practices and a variety of Qualtrics products, helping you familiarise yourself with the platform. Whether you're just getting started on your XM journey or ready to complete your Qualtrics certification, Basecamp is designed to assist all users.

Access Basecamp

Here are the steps to access Qualtrics Basecamp:

1. Open the Qualtrics Basecamp site.
2. Click on “Log In”, located at the upper right corner of the page.
3. Select "Qualtrics Credentials" as the sign-in method.
4. Select the “Sign in with SSO” option.
5. You will be prompted to enter your organization’s ID. Enter bond and click “Continue”.
6. You will then be routed through the standard SSO prompt, where you should enter your credentials.

After these steps, you should be able to access all the online video training content that Qualtrics provides.
