Getting Started

Stress and pressure are not uncommon in the life of a university student. This guide provides resources, services, and tips to help you stay productive, happy, and healthy during your time at Bond University. Take care of yourself, and please remember it is always okay to ask for help.

Whether you’re looking for strategies to manage stress, stay motivated, or find support services, you’ll find resources here to help you stay balanced, healthy, and connected.

The Services and Support page serves as your gateway to the various programs and resources available to help you thrive at Bond University.

In need of immediate support?

You can access mental health support after hours from the Bond University Crisis Line.

The Crisis Support Team can help alleviate emotional distress and provide coping mechanisms outside of Bond's operational hours for onsite counselling and wellbeing services, including evenings and weekends. Students or staff supporting students can call or text the Crisis Line 24/7 for urgent crisis support.

Call 1300 359 504 or text 0485829136.

This is not an external call line. All calls will be referred to the University Wellbeing Team for follow-up where necessary.

If you prefer to seek external help, you can contact Lifeline 24/7 on 13 11 14.
