Export citations

You can export the citations from both your subject's Resource List and your collection list.

HOW TO: Export citations

  • Click into  at the top left of the list
  • Select Export
  • Choose the file type, e.g. PDF, Word
  • Choose a bibliographic style, e.g. APA or Harvard
  • Select Export
  • Click into  at the top right of the section you wish to export
  • Select Export
  • Choose the file type, e.g. PDF, Word
  • Choose a bibliographic style, e.g. APA or Harvard
  • Select Export
  • Click into  at the top right of the citation you wish to export
  • Select Export
  • Choose the file type, e.g. PDF, Word
  • Choose a bibliographic style, e.g. APA or Harvard
  • Select Export
  • Select the citations you wish to export, by marking the checkbox to the left of each citation
  • Click into  at the top left of the list
  • Select Export
  • Choose the file type, e.g. Word (Select a RIS file if you'd like to upload the citations to RefWorks at a later time)
  • Choose a bibliographic style, e.g. APA or Harvard
  • Select Export

Add permalinks to exported files

You can add permalinks to exported files using the new permalinks option in the Export dialog. This option is available when exporting to Word, PDF, and Excel files.

For Word files, this option is only available when you have selected the "Expanded List" Reading Style.

Note that this feature is only available when exporting from a Resource List, not from your "Collection".
