Saving resources to Favourites
Each student has their own Favourites to which they can add resources. Favourites are private to each person.
- To get to your Favourites, click on the open in a new tab icon:
- Click on Favourites in the left sidebar:
The two easiest ways you can add resources to your favourites are:
Once you have added items to your Favourites, you can suggest them to be added to a Resource List.
Steps:
- Click on the Add button and select Search the library:
- Using the Bond Library Resources search you can find books, chapters, articles, videos and more that we have available in the Library or online.
- Type in your keywords and click the search icon.
- Click on the green plus icon to add an item in the results to your Favourtites:
- The item is added to your Favourites.
- Select the item to add private notes or tags:
Steps:
- Click on the menu icon next to the item in the Resource List and select Save as favourite:
- The item is added to your Favourites.
- From Favourites, you can add private notes and tags to the item:
Suggesting items to Resource Lists
From your Favourites, you can suggest an item to be added to the Resource List. Your educator will see your suggestion and can choose to add it to the list.
Steps:
- From your Favourites, click on the menu icon next to the item and select Suggest item:
- In the pop-up box, select a Resource List and add a note for the educator, then click the Suggest button:
- Your suggestion has been added to the Resource List and can be viewed by the educator:
