Queensland Legislation
The Office of the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel (OQPC) is responsible for drafting all Queensland Acts, and subordinate legislation made under Queensland Acts. In addition to its legislative drafting and advisory role, OQPC is responsible for preparing reprints (consolidated versions) of Queensland legislation. OQPC also produces other publications containing information about legislation.
Federal Register of Legislation
The Federal Register of Legislation (the Legislation Register) is the authorised whole-of-government website for Commonwealth legislation and related documents. It contains the full text and details of the lifecycle of individual laws and the relationships between them. The Legislation Register is managed by the Office of Parliamentary Counsel in accordance with the Legislation Act 2003.
