Adding collaborators
You can work on your Resource List with academic colleagues and support staff by adding collaborators. Add tutors as collaborators so they can view the lists too. Collaborators, Library staff and TELDs can view and edit lists.
Steps:
- To get to the manage collaborators function there are two options
- Either click on the List details option:
- Or, click on the Edit List option:
- Select Manage collaborators:
- Select Add collaborators:
- Search for an educator or support staff.
- Close the window.
- Collaborators can immediately access and edit the list.
- Newly added collaborators will receive an email notification the following morning.
