Step by step instructions for creating and managing Bond University Resource Lists.

Measuring engagement

The easiest way to see how many students have clicked into a citation is to look at the bottom right corner of the citation and check the small eye symbol and number. This will give the total number of clicks, including repeated clicks from individual students:

You can see a more detailed view of resource list engagement by switching to the list analytics mode.

Click the graph icon at the top of the list to enter the list analytics mode.

If you find usage of your list or specific citations to be lower than you expected, take a look at the Tips for engagement page on this guide for tips on ways to use different features to increase engagement.

To see the complete usage of the resource list, select the Show usage analytics link.

A table of the complete list analytics will generate below. In this table, you will be able to see an overview of the student engagement of the list or a breakdown of activity by week. Hover over the  icon to see a description of the usage field.

In the list analysis mode, you can also view usage for each citation on the resource list. 

Open a section in the list to see the usage for each citation.
