EndNote online search
Use the Online Search to search a specific database within EndNote and select references to add to your EndNote library.
If the database you wish to search is not available, go to the EndNote Connection Files page and download the connection file needed.
There is also a Bond Library Connection File which will allow you to search physical items in the library and ebooks. To install the connection file:
- Download the Bond Library Connection File.
- Double-click the connection file to open in EndNote.
- In EndNote, choose “File” and choose “Save as”. Remove the word “copy” and click “Save”.
- Click on “File Menu” and choose “Close Connection”.
Please note: One advantage of searching within the databases directly, rather than from within EndNote, is that you can save your searches and create alerts.
