Manually

If you are unable to import references into your EndNote library, you can add them manually. This is particularly useful for adding webpage references.

Follow the instructions below to add a reference manually to your library.

1. Click the New Reference button.
   
   
    
2. Select a Reference Type, such as Journal Article.
   
   
    
3. Enter information for the reference in the fields displayed.
4. Close the reference window and save your changes.
